Question 1

Does Landroid Vision Cloud need a boundary wire?

Accepted Answer

No. Vision Cloud maps the lawn with onboard cameras and Cloud RTK. There is no perimeter wire and no rooftop antenna to install.

Question 2

Which Worx Landroid do I need?

Accepted Answer

Worx WR305EA suits lawns up to 500 m². Worx WR308EA covers up to 800 m² and includes Cut-to-Zero. Worx WR318EA is the 1800 m² 2WD model with electric height adjustment. Worx WR344EA is the 4WD 4000 m² model for steeper banks (up to 40°).

Question 3

What is Cut-to-Zero?

Accepted Answer

Cut-to-Zero is an edge module that lets Landroid mow closer to borders and paths. WA0925 is optional on Worx WR305EA and included on WR308EA and WR318EA. The WR344EA 4WD uses WA0928.

Question 4

Can the WR344EA handle steep New Zealand banks?

Accepted Answer

Worx WR344EA is the 4WD Vision Cloud. Official slope rating is 84% / 40°, with a 220 mm cut and electric height from 20–70 mm.

Question 5

Can Landroid mow at night?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Add FiatLux LED headlights (WA0920) for safer night mowing. The lights turn on at dusk and off by day.

Question 6

How does Find My Landroid work?

Accepted Answer

Find My Landroid is a GPS anti-theft module. WA0934 fits the 2WD Cloud models (WR305EA, WR308EA, WR318EA). WA0930 fits the 4WD WR344EA. You can track and remotely lock the mower in the Landroid app.

Question 7

Do I need RFID tags for Vision Cloud?

Accepted Answer

No. Vision Cloud stays on grass by itself. Buy WA0780 when you want it to cross a non-grass path — a driveway or walkway — and mow a second zone. Place one tag in each zone and scan them in the Landroid app.

Question 8

Does Vision Cloud already include RFID tags?

Accepted Answer

Each Landroid Vision ships with RFID tags for a first multi-zone passage. WA0780 is a two-tag spare kit if you add more zones later.

Question 9

Why would I need magnetic strips if there is no boundary wire?

Accepted Answer

Vision Cloud does not use perimeter wire. Use WA0872 when the grass keeps going where the mower should stop — a neighbour’s lawn with no fence, a drop-off, or an open garden bed. The strip is a physical off-limits line, not a property boundary.

Question 10

Should I bury the magnetic strips?

Accepted Answer

No. Stake WA0872 on the surface. Burying the strip weakens the signal and Vision may drive over it.

Question 11

How often should I replace Landroid blades?

Accepted Answer

On longer, previously unmanaged grass: standard WA0719 blades every 1–2 months, long-life WA0720 stainless blades every 2–3 months. A regularly maintained lawn stretches that interval. Flip each blade when one edge wears.

Question 12

What is the difference between WA0719 and WA0720 blades?

Accepted Answer

Both are 10-pack, two-sided Vision Cloud blades. WA0719 is the standard set. WA0720 is stainless steel and holds an edge longer — the official long-life kit.

Question 13

Which wheel brush do I need?

Accepted Answer

WA0940 fits the 2WD models: WR305EA, WR308EA and WR318EA. WA0945 fits the WR344EA 4WD. Four tool-free brushes in each kit. Do not mix them.

Question 14

Which Cut-to-Zero module do I need?

Accepted Answer

WA0925 is the 2WD module — optional on WR305EA, included on WR308EA and WR318EA. WA0928 is the 4WD module, included on WR344EA. Buy the matching SKU if you need a spare.

Question 15

Does the WA0828 garage fit the 4WD?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Official compatibility is Vision Cloud and Vision Cloud 4WD — Worx WR305EA, WR308EA, WR318EA and WR344EA. One canopy, 820 × 710 × 510 mm.

Question 16

Are FiatLux headlights included?

Accepted Answer

FiatLux (WA0920) is optional on WR305EA, WR308EA and WR318EA. It is included on WR344EA. The lights turn on at dusk and off by day.
