This page follows the official WORX limited warranty statement, written for products sold by WORX New Zealand. It does not replace your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
Register a Landroid through your Landroid account within 30 days of purchase. That is also how you manage firmware and the extra year of cover mentioned on the support hub. For a claim, use the contact page and keep your receipt.

Batteries and chargers
If a WORX battery or charger is defective due to faulty materials or workmanship within three years of purchase, it will be replaced with a new or reconditioned unit. Shipping may apply. The warranty does not cover batteries or chargers that have been abused or misused, parts that wear out in normal use, or damage from unauthorised maintenance, handling, or overload.
What is not covered
Natural wear and tear from use as described in the operating instructions is not covered. Unauthorised or improper maintenance, handling, or overload is not covered. Accessories supplied with the product, including bulbs, blades and bits, are not covered.
How to claim
Contact WORX New Zealand. You will need a registration record or a receipt that shows the date and place of purchase. A replacement does not start a new warranty. Cover continues from the original purchase date for the balance of the period. This limited warranty is for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred. It sits alongside your statutory rights. It does not apply to accessories supplied with the tool.
